My first project was to design and automate a billing/invoice reconciliation
process. The existing process was a time consuming, manual process. Working directly with the
Director of Information Systems, I completed a thorough analysis of our organization’s current
process and designed and delivered an innovative solution.
For my next project I worked with the manager of the Planning Commission to develop an
invoice tracking system. After creating a new system to track invoices the office was able to do away with paper invoices.
