For the past two years, I have volunteered with my family’s halal food trucks. I help in managing technology. I set up the apps they will have to use, such as CashApp and Square. Every week I make sure that the apps are running well and that there are no errors in the shortcuts for payment. I also make sure that at the end of the week that the money from these apps has been transferred to a bank account. The Square app has a feature for customers to leave comments after ordering. I review these comments and thank anyone that left a nice comment. If someone needs a refund, I make sure that is done before the money from the app is transferred to the bank account. Finally, if any other concerns come up, I inform the owners of the trucks, my dad and uncle.
