CSPD Career Fair
On February 19th, I attended the FOX CSPD Spring 2021 Career Fair through Handshake\’s virtual fair platform from 11 AM to 2 PM. Throughout the event, I attended two group info sessions, one for Reliance Standard and the second for Aldi, and several one-on-one appointments with companies such as KeyBank, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Saxby\’s, etc. Looking for a summer internship, I presented and explained my school experience (e.g., courses I have taken), hoping it fits their internship\’s qualifications. I learned about the scope of each internship (e.g., when and where the internship is happening) and gained useful professional experience. Since I am majoring in Management Information Systems, I am looking for an internship in that field such as data analytics, hoping to gain real work experience that directly relates to my career goals.
