IBIT mentoring program
Over the spring semester I participated and completed the IBIT mentoring program. I was paired with Bruce Fadem who is and will continue to be a great mentor. I met with him twice over the semester and we talked about many business related things. I asked many questions and Bruce was able to give me clear and knowledgeable feedback. Bruce told me many story’s of his own career and I won’t forget the lessons involved in them. This program related directly to my career goals because I was able to ask questions regarding internships, jumpstarting my career, and other career related items. Bruce was especially beneficial because of his background in banking. This summer I will be completing an internship with WSFS bank and some of the insights he shared with me will definitely help. Overall, I learned a lot from this experience and I am happy to have made a new connection.
