Work History
I have experience with two jobs since I have been going to college.
My first job was working in the dairy department at my local grocery store Giant. I learned how to order, recieve, and manage inventory using an SAP system. I would also be responsible for making sure the inventory was fully stocked to the shelves for customers to purchase. I would help customers by showing them to products as well as answering any questions they may have had.
Currently I am the service department at a door company that sells and installs new garage doors and entry doors to residential homes and commercial business. I answer multiple phone lines for the company including main line, service desk, and parts counter in order to correctly help customers and transfer them appropriately. I type work orders using an SAP system. I also schedule the field workers with the jobs they will be going on day to day.
