CSPD Career Fair
I participated in the CSPD Career Fair, an event hosted by Temple University that brought together students, recruiters, and industry professionals. My role as an attendee was to engage with employers, learn about opportunities across finance, analytics, and business operations, and strengthen my understanding of what different companies look for in candidates. Through these conversations, I gained valuable insights on hiring expectations, current industry trends, and how to better align my skills with market needs. The experience also helped me improve my networking approach and confidence in presenting my background to potential employers.
