Programs Intern
As a Programs Intern, I supported the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in planning and executing community programs. My role involved identifying program requirements, analyzing target demographics, and evaluating strategies to effectively promote events. I gained hands-on experience with event management systems, learning how to target certain audiences, assess outreach methods, and use data to improve program outcomes. I also assisted in coordinating with sponsors and speakers, which helped me understand stakeholder management and communication strategies. This experience strengthened my skills in project coordination, data-driven decision-making, and information management.
