I attended the event “Opportunity Knocks: Strengthen Your Personal Brand”. In this webinar there was valuable advice shared with us from a multitude of different employers about creating your personal brand. I was given insight into what recruiters are truly looking for in your digital footprint. This session gave me an opportunity to restructure how I approach interviews and how to really cater myself to the specific job I am looking for. I learnt how important it is that a job not only fits you in its requirements, but it is also about how you align with the specific company and their values.
