Education
I attended high school at C. Milton Wright High School in Bel Air, Maryland. I had a lot of fun times here, played JV football and took part in a few extra-curricular activities. I would attended Chess Club from time to time as it used to be one of my favorite past times. I was extremely focused on my education though. I graduated with perfect attendance, a 3.5 GPA and was able to obtain 10 college credits by taking and passing AP exams.
After taking a break from my education after high school, I finally went back to school in the fall of 2011. At NCC I studied business administration while working two jobs. I knew that I would eventually want to transfer to a four year school so doing well was really important to me. Eventually, my advisor helped me pick actuarial science as a potential major for a bachelors degree and I became really focused on getting there. I graduated in the fall of 2013 with a 3.4 GPA and an Associates degree in business administration.
After receiving my associates degree in 2013, I transferred to Temple University to study Actuarial Science. Moving to Philadelphia was a huge change for me but I have had a great time so far living on campus. I have made some really good friends and am looking forward to my next two years here. So far, my classes are going really well and I have been able to network really well with my fellow students as well as my professors. I am also a part of the Gamma Iota Sigma student professional organization and in future semesters I plan on being more active in that organization.
