IT Analyst Intern (May 2015 – August 2015)
- Data Analysis – derive a trend from defect analysis from all the back and front office applications from Jan’14 to Jun’15 data.
- Documenting requirements for one of the critical applications – Centralized Licensing
- Interviewing stakeholders to discuss and promote the Requirement Analyst role and the RRC tool adoption (an Enterprise effort)
- Helping my manager with the team work plan and the roadmap for the next fiscal year

Software Engineering Analyst (December 2011 – July 2014)
- Designed and created web based pages for a Global Pharmaceutical client – Bristol Myers Squibb
- Handled UI and Database for the BMS sites
- Tested the deliverables in controlled, real situations before going live
- Prepared training manuals and required documents for the clients
- Maintained and supported the current systems once they are up and running
- Reviewed current systems and presented ideas for system improvements, including cost proposal
- Interacted constantly with clients from different geographical regions in regards to the projects

- Trained 3 employees peer members in functional and technical knowledge and business leads in functional knowledge. I was awarded the first prize in ‘Continuous Improvement and Innovation’ where I presented the idea of a systematic carpooling and how it will be beneficial for the company and the environment
- Worked in a new development cycle – Agile Methodology where I was also assigned the role to design a new website layout and manage a team of 4
- Co-organized along with a team of the “Fun-Force team” where I had to be innovative and proactive to bring our plans work flawless at a ‘Delivery Unit’ level
