After graduation, I am seeking a full- time position that will give me experience, tailored to the fields of Human Resource Management and MIS.
I think that it is essential to use technology in the work place to implement new management practices and to re-align organizational structures. I am currently looking for a summer internship to gain more experience and understanding specifically, in Human Resource Management.
