Project Business Analyst
- Hosts project kick-off meetings, provides coordination and logistics for
meetings and manages project schedules and calendars - Monitors and leads quality improvement for PMO projects and
deliverables - Supports and manages IT Procurement alongside Director, PMO and
CIO - Monitors and updates project plans, tasks and activities ensuring
project deliverables are completed on schedule - Assist in managing the financial requirements of projects working
closely with Finance to monitor contract cost performance and
proactively communicate any budget or resource variances - Develop and maintain project documents during the project life cycle:
including charters, implementation plans, reporting on deliverables and
technical requirements - Demonstrate understanding of all contract documents
- Maintain, configure, and support KeyedIn (ACR’s PPM Tool) and project SharePoint sites
I am very excited to begin this role. I believe this is the perfect synthesis of what the MIS program strives to teach, the intersection between the goals of a firm and information technology. I will be able combine my technical knowledge from courses like Enterprise Architecture & Integrative App Development, with my ability to lead a team and manage a project from start to finish, as we did in Digital Solutions Studio. Other courses like Business Law, Finance, and Accounting will also greatly aid in my ability to perform my duties in this role.
