Language Line Services

Language Line Services is a telephone interpreting service company.  I worked as Korean interpreter for about 5 months.  Our client is the actual companies like Verizon, ATT, or government agencies.  When our clients need an interpreter to serve their own customers, then Language line provides interpreter service to them.  I processed about 25-35 calls for 6 hour shift, and most of the calls are from commercial company.

I had to take an assessment test before getting hired.  The passing rate at first test were only about 30% and I passes on my first try.  They also provided a 2 week training on interpreting properly and accurately.
