                       Store Manager/It support representative

Telecell Inc. is a master dealer of Metropcs.  We operate over 100  stores in Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Atlanta, Dallas and Seattle.  I started working there since March of 2012.  I am a Store manager for Camden location, and IT support representative of Telecell. My major role is to manage inventories, employee hiring, employee training, employee payroll, and IT related supports to other telecell stores.    Our store in Camden is one of the best selling Metro Pcs store in Philadelphia market.  This store has been exceeding monthly goal for the last 9 months, on average of 130%.  Recently, our company has been expanding nationally opening stores in Seattle market and El Paso market.  I will be visiting both Seattle and El Paso this summer to assist with technical supports to new stores.

The following are some of my duties at Telecell, Inc

• Maintain daily operations for a Metro PCS store and handling most of the financial management such as making deposits and deciding on store expenses.
• Analyze data to predict future sales and secure proper inventory levels of the store.
• Assist with installation of necessary software for store computers and repair of the computers.
