POS System Setup & Training Support – Birrieria Zaragoza
In February 2025, I volunteered with Birrieria Zaragoza, a family-owned restaurant in Chicago, to assist with the implementation of a new point-of-sale (POS) system. As a former employee familiar with the business operations, I returned to help during a peak weekend. I configuring the POS hardware and software all while developing a streamlined training presentation using PowerPoint for the restaurant staff. This ensured a smooth transition with minimal downtime and improved efficiency. This experience reinforced my ability to manage IT tools in real-world business environments and highlighted the importance of user-focused training and fast problem-solving in operational settings.
