1. Accounting and Management trainee– AL NASSER INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
In the summer of 2013 I got the opportunity to be an accounting and management trainee for Al Nasser industrial enterprises in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I was exposed to real life business transactions and to the office environment. This experience would help in future to build a better career.
Specification of my duties:
- Assisted in preparation of Monthly Management Information.
- Provided support for numerous office duties including of filing information, arranging correspondence and organizing data.
2. Management Intern– NICAD ELECTRONICS (P) LTD, Rajasthan, India
I interned for a small scale manufacturing company as a management intern in the summer of 2012.
Specification of my duties:
- Recorded trading information of 100+ Company’s products.
- Assisted in recording day-to-day petty cash transactions.
- Answered and transferred 25+ customer calls to Senior Managers.
3. Event Coordinator– ARTAAJ EVENTS, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
I worked as an event coordinator assistant for a sports exhibition called Big Boys Toys hosted by Artaaj Events in 2011. Through this job i understood the importance of communicating in a team to work efficiently.
Specification of my duties:
- Collected 500+ tickets from visitors over the course of the event.
- Assisted in organization of archery and firing range exhibitions.
- Assisted in Managing and Coordinating the crowd at the sport exhibitions.
