My Interests
Traveling
Besides my focus on MIS, one of my hobbies include traveling, both domestically and internationally! From a young age, I’ve realized nothing measures to first-hand experiencing the culture, music, and literature of another destination. In addition to understanding the norms of a culture, I have always loved learning about international issues and conflicts.
As the internet and social media is rapidly taking over the globe, it is important to be culturally sensitive and aware of the world and the opportunities it has to offer. In the future, my goal is to study abroad and not only learn about the values established in a foreign world, but also gain a competitive edge in the business industry.
Volunteering
My second favorite hobby is volunteering and helping those in need! Not only is it important to make the lives of those less fortunate but it truly shapes us into better individuals who are giving towards the global community. From soup kitchens, special olympics, community service, and more, I always spent my weekends contributing back to the community.
