MIS Helpdesk Consultant
In my on-demand role as an MIS Helpdesk Consultant, I provide coding assistance and guidance regarding course-related assignments and introductory JavaScript concepts. I also teach students to troubleshoot code using browser developer tools and direct them to resources to resolve programming errors. Lastly, I would also collect feedback from students on how we could improve the MIS helpdesk.
