Senior Lifeguard
As a Senior Lifeguard in Sea Isle City, I oversaw and protected high-risk, open water beaches. This includes implementing preventative techniques and procedures to ensure that the beach patrons are as safe as they can be. In emergency situations, I used swift problem solving and effective communication to minimize and injuries or incidents that may happen. As I was on the job I instructed new lifeguards on these procedures and precautions to help train them to become Senior Lifeguards, building confidence in a high-stress work environment.
