Welcome to my E-Portfolio!
My name is Tucker DeLuca and I am a sophomore Management Information Systems major at Temple’s Fox School of Business. I live in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
I transferred into Temple in Spring 2022, coming from the University of Delaware. I switched majors, coming from Exercise Science at Delaware, to Management Information Systems at Temple. In high school into my two years at Delaware I was a lightweight rower, racing multiple times at the national level. At Temple I am an Information Technology Assistant Through the MIS department.
I find MIS as an incredibly compelling major. I am interested in software engineering and design and have found the more I learn the more passionate I become. In my summers I live in Sea Isle City, where I am a lifeguard. I have been a lifeguard since 2019, where I work on the beach taking place in a large amount of ocean rescues. This job has created strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills, as are needed in such intense situations I also enjoy surfing and playing music when I can!
