PhillyTech assesses three core areas in organizations for staffing and, recruiting including People, Process and Technology. PhillyTech then recommends and deliver solutions to improve the quality and performance of an organization’s people, internal processes that drive recruiting and hiring and make technology recommendations including your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Marketing Intelligence (MI). PhillyTech specializes in helping tech startup companies and medical technology companies.
My role for PhillyTech was to research potential clients and pursue growth opportunities for PhillyTech. It was my job to grow our company’s pipeline and generate opportunities for other technology startup companies. I managed the PhillyTech’s Customer Relationship Model on Google Sheets. I was asked to use Qlik to create data visualizations charts for the CTO. I would reach out to the company’s potential clients via email or LinkedIn to get a meeting for the CTO.
