A Day in the Life

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I describe myself as a city person who loves to explore what life has to offer. I take joy in taking on new challenges; it is only through this way in which I am able to learn, develop, and nurture my abilities.

I see myself as the catalyst when I interact with my friends, colleagues, and business partners. My natural enthusiasm and competitiveness are the attributes that keep me passionate about my work on a daily basis. Interacting with others is a fundamental aspect of my profession. It follows that I love having conversations and creating lasting relationships with everyone, as it is part of my nature to do so.

Outside the classroom and workplace, I enjoy spending my time taking long walks with friends in the bustling Center City environment of Philadelphia. Here is where I cultivate myself by soaking in all the various cultural influences that constitute this area. Besides the city, I also like traveling to different parks from time to time to escape the hectic urban life and find some peace which mother nature offers.

I am a firm believer that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. Therefore, keeping myself in excellent shape, thinking positively, and just being at my best physically and mentally are goals I strive towards every day of my life.

Over the years, I have developed a keen interest in economic theory, especially in the variable factors that drive (or hinder) the consumer spirit. I am also passionate for analyzing world events and critically synthesizing them to gain a better understanding of the impact they have on everyone’s life, whether it may be socially or economically.

Although I have not had the opportunity to travel internationally, I yearn for one in the near future. Not only this will give me a a better understanding of a foreign culture, but it would also facilitate my realization of the myriad cultures in this world.
