Bridging the Cyber Skills Gap: Finding and Fostering Cyber Talent
I learned why there is a shortage of cybersecurity professionals and how companies can improve hiring by writing better job descriptions and using fairer interview practices. The course also taught how good managers support and grow their teams while reducing bias in hiring. As someone who plans to become a cybersecurity engineer, this helped me understand what employers look for and how strong leadership and teamwork impact cybersecurity success.
