Reconciled and complied insurance claim data for mid-size high deductible commercial clients, performed EDA (exploratory data analysis), and drafted formal visualization reports for various line of business such as workers compensation, automobile liability, and property.
Developed automation of claim data preparation, increasing efficiency, and allowing more time for value-added analysis.
Sampled, collected, and cleaned recent sold real estate data through Zillow by zip code including the sold price, size of property, build-year, type of property, average school rating, etc. to create and optimize a linear regression property pricing model in R.
Used the pricing model to generate Listing Agent Pricing Report including the following items: central estimated price, 40-80% price confidence interval, and recent sold nearby property summary tables/visualizations.
