- Managed the processing, cleansing, and analysis of data for KPMG audit clients, helped create workflows, dashboards, and Python scripts to enhance automation procedures
- The Journal Entry Insights Dashboard was our big stretch project where we turned line by line journal transactions in a .txt file and converted that to clean data. From there, we did some initial calculations with Alteryx then created full PowerBI dashboards to show insights on the data
- I learned how to use a breadth of new data analytics tools and the audit terminology to be able to utilize them well. On top of my D&A work, I was able to make prototype Python scripts for data analysis and dashboard creation – proving myself as a subject matter expert within KPMG’s Emerging Technologies Department.
