Intern Technical Associate Program

I completed a 10 week internship at TIAA a Fortune 100 Financial Service Company
I work in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer for Technology Operations. Specifically I was a part of a reporting and analytics teams
focusing on Technology Strategy and Planning. As a part of this internship I was flown down to their Charlotte Campus where I completed a 3 day orientation event with the entire class of 150+ interns. At this orientation I meet and networked with other students interning across the country. I also attended networking events and heard top level executives speak (including CEO Rodger Ferguson). After the orientation I relocated to North Jersey where I interned at the Iselin location. At the conclusion of my internship I received a perfect score on my performance review, typically at this company a perfect score is designated for only the top 5% of employees on the same level.

Some highlights from what I specifically worked on:

Completed 10-week summer internship program at a Fortune 100 Financial
Services Firm. The firm serves over 15,000 institutions with 5 million participants
and 1 Trillion AUM
● Conducted IT Vendor Analysis project. Collected data from over 150 internal IT
customers. Analyzed data, created visualizations, and measured data against
industry benchmarks. Created a full executive level report providing valuable
insights and recommendations for continuous improvement plans. Redesigned
process and generated new standard operating procedure for future project owners
● Created and designed a SharePoint site; automated process for executive level
requests for the workforce management dashboard. Designed executive level
calendar. Automated excel dashboards through SharePoint
● Assisted in updating monthly workforce dashboards; exposed to executive level
reports such as Monthly Business Reviews and Operational Scorecards
● Received the highest possible rating in the end of program performance appraisal; a
rating reserved for only the top 5% of employees
