User Experience for Web Design
In August 2025, I completed the User Experience for Web Design certification on LinkedIn Learning, taught by Chris Nodder. This course strengthened my understanding of modern UX principles, digital interface design, user behavior insights, and accessibility strategies.
Throughout the course, I gained practical knowledge in designing websites that are intuitive, visually clear, and user-centered. I learned how to structure web layouts based on usability, optimize navigation flow, and apply research-based design choices to enhance engagement. The certification also deepened my understanding how aesthetic and functionality work together to shape a positive user experience across multiple devices.
Completing this course not only expanded my design-thinking, but also strengthened my technical confidence and reinforced the importance of designing with the end-user in mind. I later applied these principles professionally during my Website Development Internship at Crystalis Treasures (June-October 2025), where I redesigned the business’s website to improve its usability and overall customer experience.
