- By attending this event, I have learned on how different organizations are taking different approaches towards their employees to engage with them efficiently. Even though all the work load is transferred online, companies are still trying to engage with their employees with holding their game night etc. online to cheer them.
- As I am graduating on May 2021, we will still have online culture going on within the industries. This event helped me understand how companies are going to engage with me as an employee post-COVID-19
