Brand Ambassador
At Mendoza Group, I have been working since December 2021 to this day as an On-Call Outreach Service Representative and Brand Ambassador. In this role, I collaborated closely with project managers to support event logistics and execution for the national marketing agency’s clients. My responsibilities included attending strategy meetings to discuss client needs, preparing to represent brands at events, and capturing event photos/media releases for social media marketing.
I demonstrated strong communication skills to coordinate with the project management team on staffing, checklists, and reporting for successful event implementation. Through this experience, I developed skills in client-facing brand ambassadorship, behind-the-scenes logistical planning, and working cross-functionally as part of an agency team.
