Student Consultant
I am currently a student worker at the College of Education and Human Development’s Education Computing Center located in Ritter Hall. In this role, I assist student and faculty gaining access to devices such as laptops, video equipment, and various technological equipment. Additionally, I am the contact person for students seeking technical help with computer related issues. My duties include computer troubleshooting, course specific software and printer maintenance. I provide technical support, training, and assistance to students, faculty, and staff in a computer lab environment; analyze problems and implements solutions according to Department guidelines and procedures.
