I love using technology
From the age of seven, I’ve always held some electronic device in my hand. My grandma would often yell at me to put the video games down and go ride my bike instead. At age 12 I got my first windows 98 computer and all I can remember about it was how slow it was. At age 15 I got my first sliding phone and I remember how liberating it was to be connected to all my friends through it.
From using those technologies, I’ve discovered how easily I am susceptible to envy of other newer models of things I’ve already owned. I’ve learned that technology ages and advances fast. For example, my HTC10 comes with fingerprint scanning which was all the rage in 2016. Over a year later, face recognition is now going to be the go to security unlocking feature for phones.
My current interests related to MIS currently are: development of applications and software, data analytics, and IT architecture.
My interests are broad but I like to see how I can apply them to areas such as gaming, phone applications, and business development.
