Software Validation Intern
- • Author and execute validation documents for various equipment software/hardware and stand-alone software programs that utilize SQL .
• Write, debug, and modify VBA code to create functioning audit trails and accurate data transfers between multiple excel documents.
• Create and execute verification memos to support existing validated production equipment, analytical equipment and facilities/utilities. - • Utilized VBA code to implement audit trails on 15 existing Excel files to track user changes as well as the time of change, location of change, and the name of the editor.
• Authored and executed installation/operational qualification protocols for MiniTab, AutoCAD, and Adobe software
• Used SQL concepts to sort through company work orders on their CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to determine how repairs could impact the qualification of various software and hardware. - • Applying my foundational knowledge of programming developed in MIS 2402, I was able to learn the basics of VBA well enough to write new, and modify existing, code to digitally enhance company e-documentation.
• Utilizing SQL concepts I learned in MIS 2502, I was able to work with my company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to locate and analyze work orders to determine whether or not certain repairs would impact the qualification of various software and hardware.
