I was fortunate to learn that companies are serious about combatting the struggles that their employees are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a breathe of fresh air considering I am a young professional who will be entering the workforce shortly, and knowing that companies truly care about their employees has brought a new perspective for me. The webinar related to my MIS coursework by detailing the impact that the internet has had on companies and how the landscape of employer and employee interactions are changing with the technology.
