How to speak so people want to listen
This course gave tips on how to be a more engaging speaker. I learned that learning how to listen helps me understand how others listen, which will help improve my speaking. When trying to present something, I learned that the content and values are more important than looking good or being right. Lastly, changing up your pace, tone, and volume will make your speaking more dynamic and keep others engaged. I want to take everything I learned into my professional career and daily life for presentations or just communicating with people around me.
