Temple University is a four-year university located in Philadelphia, PA. Within Temple University, I am a student enrolled in the Fox School of Business, and pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems. In the 2014 edition of US News & World Report’s annual rankings of Best Colleges, Fox School of Business MIS program came in at #14 in the nation! Over the past decade, the MIS program at Fox School of Business has gained tremendous ground as a national leader in MIS research. Fox MIS faculty and staff are pushing to teach and develop the next great leaders in MIS and beyond.
Northern Virginia Community College is located in Springfield, VA. During my Active Duty obligation with the United States Army, I was enrolled at Northern Virginia Community College. I took a range of core classes while there and maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout. The highlight was a night class in Pre-Calculus & Trigonometry that I took during Fall 2013. It was a very exciting challenge for me. The class really tested me and also gave me an insight of my academic abilities. My professor was a huge inspiration to me, and he encouraged me to continue to put in the hard work to achieve my goal of getting an A.
