Financial Data | Risk-Register | Project Scope | Project Charter | Project Schedule |
Our project managers, along with help from our sponsor, professor, and program developers, have worked extremely hard to create and update our project documents throughout the class. These specific documents were selected in order to give our prospective clients an idea of how our idea was created, what our goals are, who is involved in the project, and where we want this project to go in the future.
Our project charter was created to document the main idea of WorkFit. Here we documented our project metrics, our team members and the responsibilities of those members, the benefits of this project, and the initial scope of our idea.
WorkFits’s scope document is a more refined document that dials in on the main scope of this project. Here we lay out the assumptions and realities of WorkFit and the problem that we are trying to solve with it.
Our project schedule is a very specific timeline of our project and the main components of it. These include the different iterations of our prototype, documents that need to be completed, team meeting, sponsor meetings, and the final presentation. We track our progress by comparing our actual progress to the expected progress.
The risk register is where we have outlined risks that can effect the WorkFit project. We have major and minor risks. Each risk has a probability score, risk score, and a risk ranking so we can focus on the most important risks to our project.
WorkFit’s financial data document is one of the most important to this project. Here we look at a three year plan of costs and revenues to see where we will be the future. We also break down the labor costs in order to understand the full costs to this project. The first year we will be in debt but in the second and third year we see a positive revenue stream from the WorkFit application.
