Professional Development Workshop Experience
I believe these workshops are some of the most important given, all are classes are built to prepare us for the workloads ahead. However what they don’t do is prepare us to enter the workforce and understand how things work in a corporate environment. As few students are prepared for their first internships these allow a slight glimpse into the future to Temple MIS students can enter the workforce and know what to expect and will be prepared instead of going from being used to classes to the culture shock of actually working in an office culture while also learning how to handle interpersonal relationships in an office setting.
