IT Administrator
ePro Associates Inc. is a small health insurance brokerage firm of approximately 10 employees located in Philadelphia’s Chinatown, where I serve as the sole IT administrator supporting both technical infrastructure and business operations. In this role, I provide technical support for hardware and software systems, including operating system installation, printer troubleshooting, and network connectivity, while also assisting staff with internal platforms such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, where I implemented a fully integrated ticketing system with automated assignment workflows and two-way synchronization. Beyond support, I design and develop internal tools and web applications, including a document automation platform, business listing websites, and a real estate listing system using modern frameworks and backend services, as well as workflow automations and data processes to improve efficiency. I have also contributed to website redesign efforts to enhance suer experience and SEO, implemented system-wide Linux deployments, and developed automation tools such as web scrapers and notification systems integrated with communication platforms. This position directly relates to Management Information Systems, as I apply skills from Web Service Programming (MIS 3502) to build API-driven applications, User Experience Design (MIS 3506) to improve website functionality and usability, and Scripting for Data Science/Analytics (MIS 3505) to develop automation tools and data workflows.
