Business Analysis Foundations
In addition to data analysis, business analysis is one of my areas of interest. What they have in common is to discover problems and explore data-driven solutions. In addition, one of the most valuable things I learned from the user experience design course is that it is crucial to understand that meeting the real needs of users when developing digital products. I think there is a rational intersection between business analysis and my user experience design course, which taught me to use the perspective of a product manager: balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.
In this Linkedin course, I learned to analyze systems, communicate with stakeholders, and design with empathy. In the future, these learnings can help me gain a deep understanding of users, ask the right questions, and provide the foundation for effective solutions. I hope to use these skills to become a data decision expert or product manager who can connect business strategy and technology.
