AIS Mentorship Program
In our first meeting, we talked about how I would shape my classes for the semesters to come. He told me what each class entailed and also help distribute certain classes to ensure an efficient schedule. In the second me we actually put my schedule to fruition by registering for the classes, and we met with another mentorship pair for what they were doing. I think this was a good program. My mentor was able to help me with any questions I had about the MIS curriculum which ultimately will shape the rest of my time at Temple. He also helped me polish up my e-portfolio to make to more attractive to prospective employers. I would add that maybe there should be more meetings between mentor and mentee, not to say I didn’t talk to him outside of meetings, this is just a general recommendation for all in the program.
