Accomplishments for week ending February 16, 2020
1) Project Charter Final Draft – We completed our final draft of the project charter.
2) RACI Chart Draft – We began work on the RACI chart which includes a column for creating project schedule, stakeholder register, communication plan, and RACI chart.
3) Communication Plan Draft – We began work on the Communication Plan which currently defines how we will go about communicating on Weekly Progress Reports, Project Review, and Website Design Meetings.
4) Schedule – We set up a schedule to keep track of things to do for Dana’s website and social media and the due dates as well as who is working on each task.
5) Progress Report 2 – This document.
Goals for week ending February 23, 2020
1) Finalize RACI Chart
2) Finalize Communication Plan
3) Begin Website Construction
4) Complete Progress Report 3
Issues:
1) We didn’t have any issues so far due to it being early in the process of working on this project. We were able to get all tasks done in a timely manner. As a team we are ready to move onto the next steps of the project to move forward towards our goals.
