Clubs and Organizations
Gamma Iota Sigma is a professional fraternity for risk management, insurance and actuarial science students. Every member needs to complete the program called “Road to Resume” that includes interview workshops, mock interviews, etiquette workshops and professional portraits. Completion of the program allows the member to attend internship and career receptions.

Actuarial Science Career Development is a committee of Gamma Iota Sigma at Temple University. This committee prepares candidates for the Actuarial Intern Career Reception by hosting a professional speaker series, enhancing interview skills and linking students to business professionals via networking sites such as LinkedIn and Tweeter.

National Society of Collegiate Scholars (Temple University) is part of the University Honors societies that supports the National chapters Integrity initiative. The purpose of this society is to recognize outstanding academic accomplishments and to help students achieve career objectives with scholarship opportunities and professional networking events.

The Fox Business Honors is an accelerated program that provides the opportunity for Honors students to enroll in courses with no more than 25 students. Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD) works closely with Honors students to develop and to improve their job research skills and to provide opportunities to be involved in student professional organizations.

Taiwanese Student Association-Temple University is a group that aims to support Taiwanese students in adapting to life and academic studies in the Philadelphia community. It serves to promote Taiwanese culture by sponsoring many culture-related events to the Temple community throughout the year.
