Weekly Journal Entry for Week Ending 11/14
This week has shown that the project is slowly coming together as one final project. All deliverables have been assigned to each PM. Most deliverables have been finished and uploaded to our shared drive. The BAs have reworked and finished their draft prototype this week by expanding their ideas and marketing to more customers. With about 4 weeks to go I foresee no project risks or issues arising. I think the PMs and BAs will complete all work on time and the project will be successful.
Personal journal entry for week ending 11/7
This week started off with the PMs exam 2. On Wednesday, we met with our BAs and they didn’t have a working prototype but, they have decided what the final prototype will be. They met with their professor before our meeting and he expressed to them that they needed to expand their idea and to make it more innovative. We discussed how they could turn the idea into more of a funnel, grabbing more different types of customers attention. I am working on the progress report for the week.
