Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending 9/26
Our group is off to a great start, even though meeting all at once is an obstacle, we are excelling in communicating to each other. Having 6 PMs and 3 BAs it is tricky to find a time that will work with all of our schedules. Although not all of us can be at every meeting we have made it a point to communicate with everyone about all meetings through our PM group text. We have also created a google doc to share and store all of our documents so we all have access to them at all times. Our BAs have an excellent sense of urgency, we shared all of our own personal experiences from last semester to make sure the BAs stay on track and do not get behind on deliverables. Our BAs team scope was due this week so for our next meeting we will revise it and give them pointers on how to improve it.
