My Upcoming Internship at JP Morgan Chase

This summer I am fortunate to be entering the Operations Analyst Development Program at JP Morgan Chase. I will be working in Newark, Delaware, in the investor services operations line of business. I can expect many opportunities for development professional development. Naming a few, I’ll be privy to leadership training in key areas such as change management and people management, networking and engagement with senior Operations leaders, LOB-specific product and process training and career navigation coaching.  Formed in 2000, when Chase Manhattan Corporation merged with J.P. Morgan & Co., JP Morgan Chase is the largest bank in the United States in terms of Assets. I couldn’t be more excited to learn about the company’s operations and become a part of this great American firm.
