Journal Entry #1, Week of 9/22

This week my confidence in my team of BAs increased significantly. While meeting on Monday with the team to review interview questions, they seemed to be focused and motivated to learn as much as possible from the interview. I think that’s a good sign because it shows that they realize the significance of the interviews, and of the information they can potentially gather. I think there is good synergy within the team; they all seem to respect each other’s opinion and go about discussion rationally. Today I set our group up with the GroupMe(web/text messaging) app so that we have an easy way to communicate. We found that not all group members check their email frequently so it’s important that we have a channel of communication that works best for them. I’m looking forward to learning more about MS project and improving the way I communicate and prepare for each meeting with the BAs.
