Accomplishments for week ending September 22, 2019

1. Our team completed the draft project charter detailing our project.  We identified requirements, objectives, stakeholders, and our project scope.
2. We started our draft WBS and began to identify key deliverables that would need to be included in our project
3. Held our first weekly team meeting on Monday, September 16th

Goals for week ending September 29, 2019

1. Review and submit the final version of our project charter. We will go through each section to make sure that all the correct information is included
2. Continue working on and complete our draft WBS. Since we had to restructure some of our WBS, we are still working through those changes.
3. Finalize project schedule. We will list all of the tasks we need to complete, the time it’s going to take to complete them, and who will be responsible for each one.
4. Have a team meeting. We will meet once again on Monday to finish up all the things that we didn’t get a chance to do in class.

Issues:

1. For the first week, our team did not establish an official form of communication that we would be using for the rest of the semester. That set us back a little bit but we are back on track!
2. Due to a scheduling conflict, not all of the team members were able to make it to the first team meeting.  We had to spend some time getting all members on the same page. Going forward, there should be no more scheduling conflicts.
