Accomplishments for the week ending October 27, 2019

1. Change Management Form has been completed.
2. Significant progress has been done to the Budget. It is nearly complete.
3. Website construction was initiated and great progress has been made towards its completion. Currently, the website displays the most recent finished deliverables.

Goals for the week ending October 27, 2019

1. Deliver the Change Management Plan with finalized constraints and log sections.
2. Finish solution research and make the final solution decision.
3. Upload completed deliverables to the website. 

Issues:

1. Change management plan constraints and changelog have not been completed this week.
2. Research has not been finalized and needs to be finished to move forward with the website.
3. The Monday meeting was cancelled. Thus, we are slightly behind schedule.
