Accomplishments for the week ending September 29, 2019

1. Our team completed the WBS and schedule detailing our project. We broke down the project into manageable sections of work to be done.
2. We completed our communication plan to layout meeting times and mediums.
3. The project charter was finalized and submitted. 
4. Held our second weekly team meeting on Monday, September 22nd.

Goals for the week ending September 29, 2019

1. Start working on the RACI Chart and the Change Management Plan. 
2. Have a team meeting. We will meet once again on Monday the 30th to finish the things that we didn’t get a chance to do in class.

Issues:

1. Due to a scheduling conflict again, not all of the team members were able to make it to the second team meeting.  However, all work was accounted for quickly and we got back on track easily.
