- What you learned- From this Webinar, I have a clear understanding of the career path and have gotten a good idea of starting my career path right, also lots resources that are available at my disposable for me to do better in the hiring process. Few things that I found very interesting were like facts that the speaker pointed out only 35% of applicants get a job through their applications while others are from different practices such as networking. Also, as someone who is fairly new to coding many of the websites that are provided have been very helpful in understanding the language. Overall, I have been exposed to all different kinds of jobs in IT, And also the resources to successfully get a job.
